pls don´t be angry at me but:
+20 dex can just a magic (blue) ring get. but then u just get 1 more Pre-/ suffix like lr....
A Rare (yellow) can get more pre-/suffix but just get 15 dex as max...
may be ask some1 in taktic forum they will also tell u...
i think i got a nice stats ring with plenty dex and Str. and resi... if u need i can have a look and tell u the exact stats...
