Both jewels have value. I am also very knowledgeable in lld. The sc would only serve as a temp melee sc as its missing a 3rd mod but good for glass cannon temps. Prob fetch 1-2 fg out of the sc. Your jewels are whether someone is iso that jewel or not. 9 dex jewel is quite a beautiful jewel if you ask me. It would go great for a sorc as it has the dex for block, minor str to help gear up items and even the -15% for reduction in str require.
