Well in that case cute shield, shame it's a Kite though, Bone would be a bit better block %.

Can't really give you a price, I don't know VLLD prices as I haven't done lvl 9 for years.

id say u could get 50-100 for that shield easy

Breast Plate - junk
Jewel - also junk because of ED/Max Dmg bug. The only place you could use it is in a weapon and you could get better jewels instead.
