Since most people these days know about LLD I keep seeing people posting up items that are below lvl 30 req but they don't really know enough about LLD to realise that their item is infact useless.

Post here if you are unsure and I will help. I'm not really good at price checks but I can at least tell you if your item is useful or not.

For a start it can be used on a good variety of chars, and Mana IS needed, as pots are BM in LLD and a lot of chars are quite mana intensive.
