r/d is tied to IP, number of games is tied to CDkey. Even if the r/d is cleared by messing with the IP, the r/d will still trigger within the first few games if the same CDkey is used. The only sure way to continue r/d-free is a IP and CDkey switch.
*again, hotspot, proxies, etc, all only change the IP. It won't work without spare CDkeys.
