Wake up there are alor more % to cast alot bigger spells without game crushing ofc,

I used Destruction phase blade in my Pvm frenzy barb and xx more items with % to cast xx spells and nothing happened also go to Uber tristram where is xxx casted spells from Ubers and nothing crashes.

I Use 20-20-5 torch mate

My Suggestion not big difference but not first time that the fire from torch take down 1 people in game..

like he has 20-30 life left and torch take him..

happened few time to me !! so 25 can be usefull sometimes.
