count it as a loss, use it while you can imo.. since you cant sell it, u cant get him locked, and even if you do, he'll make a new multi. so its useless..

this isnt the first time this mistake has been made.

luckily if they are different gfx that tells you they arent unperm.

Once in a while an item pops up with the same stats and name, its just the randomized system happening to give the same combination, rare but it happens.

HacksSkream is a Gm user, he wouldn't knowingly sell you UaP.

Just because 2 user's are selling the same item doesn't make HacksSkreams item unperm. If it does turn out to be unperm (with proof), which it hasn't yet, then I am sure he will refund. Otherwise, like 99% of sales on this website, it is final.

e: As stated above, this game runs on a randomized system. 2 items spawning with the same stats isn't unheard of.
