Yeah, I suck. I need both some advice and some help.

First,

What is the BEST thing to do for Armor Sphere +'s? I ask around a lot on different places, but all I get is "THE VOLCANO" which I'm not even close to accessing, or "DELIVERY QUESTS", which I have NO idea what those are. I can guess, but the ones I 'guess' on doing never yield them.

Second,

I currently use SnS, I like it because it's fast and I feel like I'm raping things with fast combos. Is the SnS sufficient throughout the game if I continue to upgrade? Or should I eventually use something else? I was thinking about the Long Sword, but I have to unlock it, which brings me to my next query!

Last,

I need someone to help me D: -- Teams online just aren't cutting it. I need to farm a few monsters a few times to get the necessary items to continue upgrading my weapon and armor. What I have isn't cutting it, and I can't find a stable team and they usually just die. I'd like to do a few Barroth runs, a few Ludroth runs, and maybe even another boss I haven't tried yet, the Rathian :O.

Armor sphere+ would say high rank volcano and hunting quest like Rathian Rathalos etc

Sns is a great weapon witch focus on Elemental, ONLY use SnS with elemental. ( not like n00bs who use Gs with elemental)

Let me know what you need help with im a gunner who for the moment uses either Bowgun (Alatreaon) took me ages with the freakin wings! Or Hammer mostly because of extremly high raw dmg:)
