Yeah you can travel to Morrowind via some dude's boat outside Windhelm.

it was like 900 megs or something, took me less than five mins to download. But yeah the Dragonborn expansion is set in Morrowind. Like I said earlier my only character right now is like level five or something, so I cannot do shit in the expansion yet because of greater draugrs and the like, but so far it is set in the outskirts of Morrowind, right on the coast. The citizens are still assholes, and it's still a big desert.

I'm pumped for Elder Scrolls Online, they are supposed to bring back every "country" for lack of proper TES term into that game.
