Eh, I think air conditioning is a better example because it's a feature that comes on all new cars that isn't something that you HAVE to pay to use, whereas gas is something that you required to buy. I was basically saying the Xbox is like a car that you have to pay to use standard features that other competing cars (PS3, Wii, PC) give you for free.

Yeah, but on the Xbox you pay for normal internet use from your ISP plus the cost of XBL. But yeah, the premium gas example would work as well I guess.

bannig you for exploiting something in the game? the game shouldnt have had it y should the user be at fault for the game makers lack of a good game?
then add in the fact they pay for alvie subscription ithink they should give some warnings or sumthin b4 they just ban your $50 a year subscriptino n ur 360 becomes useless
