Hey, i bought an xbox 360 elite 3 days ago and am still wrestling with the sound.

I used a HDMI to DVI-D converter to get the image on my 27" pc screen.
i also got a digital converter that plugs into the back of the 360 wich has a left/right and a digital output in the end.

My problem :
My current 5.1 computer set uses front/rear and center jacks wich the xbox does not support sadly...
So im looking for a replacement set of speakers (2.1/4.1/5.1) with a maximum budget of $100 ( the logitech z-5xxx series are out of question becouse of my budget)
Ive also seen the logitech x-530/540 and this is my current winner @ ~$110
The cheaper the better lol....

Please someone help me out , big thanks :)
FG donations to the one with the suggestion ill take in the end ;)

I use an HDMI-DVI-D Converter too

I got These Cabels it Male RCA to Male 3.5mm

Then I got Female 2 Female RCA Adaptars and a 3.5mm Female 2 Female
Plugged Xbox RCA Cabels Into Adaptars and then my speakers/headset into the 3.5mm jack

I know what your thinking you cant have Both HDMI/RCA plugged in so wtf am i talking about
but you can break the casng of the RCA plug its all just open space and you can plug them both in
then just pick up some 10 buck speakers and plug them in to the jack and bam your set
next post is some pics
