Can make a foundation to make ground level.

Yeah, you wanna go to wood floors, then use the shack floor foundation with concrete. You can literally set em up anywhere because the concrete goes into the ground (like a normal building?) and establish from there.

It definitely takes a little practice, but its pretty cool from my experience.

To anyone wanting to go a stealth build, try out Blitz (2nd to last agility perk). You can essentially BLINK up stairwells and such. I'm 54 on pure survival and found an Instigator's Super Sledge. Coupled with all of the stealth bonus damage I can sneak up to almost any Deathclaws and one-shot them. The bigger the gap, the more damage you do. The only hard part for me is when I get into bigger engagements with Synths that are fast. To remedy that I just maxed out the perk for drug addiction so I don't get addicted, and chug Psychojets and Buffjets, and sometimes Med-X. Hardest things to take down are large groups of Mirelurks and Gunners (like in Quincy). Even Legendary Mr. Gutsy Commanders and the like fold instantly. Instigator's buff makes units at full health take double damage. Bam bam bam everything is dead via VATS.

Vault 81, grab the Overseer's Guardian. .45 cal automatic combat rifle that shoots an extra round. Upgrade it to Hell and rip through everything.

I feel retarded lol. When saving offline, the saves are placed at the bottom of the load screen. So all my saves were below my very first saves. Never thought to look there, very strange. Oh well, at least I found it now.

Still owning everything with the Spray N Pray right now. Only thing that sucks is the close range splash damage it does to me sometimes.

I don't ever use a companion unless the quest forces me to so with all my Perks I am doing some nice damage.

That is weird though. They should be at the top.

Yeah it is strange. I never even thought to look there before.

Companions are fun at times, but I found myself going for the Lone Wanderer perks as well, especially in Survival difficulty. Just can't beat all that extra damage.

just a fyi if you didnt know dog meat doesnt count as a follower so the perks still work even with him. ive tested it and it works
