Can anyone confirm that upgrades on armor can even go this high? Especially 79% base resist like the last one he has sold?

It's been confirmed that they go up to 45, these I wall call out hacks on.

yeah I've only found 42 upgraded armor as well. Never found anything with resist this high.

helmet i traded for though, gave a near perfect sic for it lol

i think highest resist ive seen is 19% but not sure if thats highest lolol
