Há alguma maneira de eu saber quantas contas tenho registadas com o mesmo email no diablo2? Não me lembro de todas :\
E quando peço para fazer password reset nao recebo o mail no meu email... (Antes que perguntei, não mudou de email a conta)

pois.. foi o que eu pensei também! eu ja vi no meu email.. so tenho mails de password recovery de 2009 mas nao ta la nada.. eu ja mandei um ticket para a blizzard a perguntar se eles podiam ver as contas associadas ao meu email, e se me podiam mandar o password recovery da unica conta que eu me lembro

Depois de eu tentar ver se dava para recuperar as contas associadas ao meu email e de explicar que eu nao estava recebendo o email do password recovery recebo isto:

Unfortunately we have no other way of recovering the password and your only option is to use the recovery feature in the game client. If you for some reason can't recover it there, we will also sadly be unable to recover it.

Depois disso voltei a mandar um ticket a explicar outra vez o problema...

The thing is that the recovery feature in the game client isn't working... im not getting the email from Password Recovery. If you could fix this would be great, because i think im not the only one not receiving the Password recovery email.

Thanks for your update.

Sadly I have to confirm you that for the old Battle.net system we are not able to perform any change or offer you any direct assistenza.

If you are unable to recover the password using the old system than we will be unable too.

Please keep in mind that the email for the password recovery will be sent to the email address that you registered in the old system.
This has nothing to do with the new Battle.net system that you can use at https://eu.battle.net/login.

I hope you can remember the email address you used for "xk." and retrieve the account in question.

Should you have any other question or concern however please do not hesitate to contact us again.

I don't think you'r understanding my problem! forget my first post. i was trying to see if i could get my accounts back without remembering the name of them. Now.. forget that.. my current problem is: I know the email that i used to create "xk." but for some reason out of my bounds, i'm not receiving the email from the old bnet system and for this reason too i changed my previous email related to the account "xk." but the problem still persists. I don't receive any email from either account's. its a problem with the old bnet system. I'm not receiving any email.

Primeiro de uma checkada no seu lixo eletrônico, muitas vezes esses emails são encaminhados diretamente para lá.

Segundo voce não vai receber uma lista de contas relacionadas a um certo email por razões óbvias, se vc não lembra das contas eles não vao te dizer quais estão linkadas a seu email. Isso por motivos óbvios de segurança

cara o supporter ta dizendo que nao funciona mesmo e nao tem nada que ele possa fazer
mas que bela merda
tenho aqui salvo o email dizendo que a acc rod@useast esta registrada under my email, mandei pra ele e nada

ja vi em todo o lado.. e eu sei.. so estava tentando ver se eles abriam uma excepção para checkar... mas o meu problema nao é esse!!!!! o problema e que eu nao estou recebendo o email do password recovery

uma coisa engraçada é que eu faço uma conta nova e ja recebo o email..

Fiz esse teste tb e recebi o email
Parece q sao as contas criadas num espaco de tempo ou mais antigas que nao funcionam
