Introduction :

I was borned in Paris the 30th may 1985.
I experienced an high speed car accident in 1997 (no injuries for anyone, but still scary... my mother and the cat was scared a lot too).
I had 2 old brothers, but lost the oldest in 1998.
I started to smoke canabis (mostly hashish actually) in that year (well, first joints and cigs in 1997 probably).
I moved away from my parents and last brother, to Bordeaux from 2002 to 2004, and had a very good time there... That was the best thing my parents did in my education.
I met many new people there, had time to talk (smoked a lot hash too) and that contributed to open my mind.
I came back to Paris (with my family) after my graduation in Bordeaux in 2004.
I started (try) to escape reality with videogames and smoking too much lonely... Reality was hard for me to face at this time.
My father didn't understood when I told him something was wrong with mankind, with the medias... and the way he was thinking.
It took me 5 years to finish my studies. I actually failed all the way, but I still learned things and could get a job in October 2009 (as IT hotliner for some loaning compagny).
I moved away from my parent's appartment in may 2011 (not far, still in Paris).
My father died in december 2011.

About 40 days ago, I found a book called The Present that opened my eyes, and helped me see the truth : http://www.truthcontest.com/entries/the-present-universal-truth/
This book helped me think for myself, check things for myself... open my mind... care about people but not about what they think.
This book helped me seek reality, instead of try to escape it

The truth is we were all educated in lie, and we have to stop lie to ourselves... to free our mind.
As Bob Marley said : "Emmancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind"

Music is an art I love : it is full of truth/life and it is and immortal message.
It directly comes from the heart of the artist, to the on listening to the art.
You can fell this easy when you go to a good live, but it is true with studio recordings too.

All the problems that we could have don't come from others but from ourselves.
If some one insults you, and you feel angry, the anger only comes from yourself.
If some one judge you, and you feel ashame, you are actually the one judging yourself.
The truth is we should not care about what other people think, because that is not real : we are not what people think we are... we are just what we are : an immortal perfect being.

If my body dies today or tomorrow, I would like people to remember me for what I truely am.
I would not like anyone to be sad when my body dies, because we are more than our bodies, and our life can not stop with the physical death of our bodies.
I know my spirit will go in an other body when this one will die, so I would like people that loved me to do a big party to celebrate this event : I'll be reborned.
Tiers of happiness, remembering of the good times YES. Tiers of sadness : WHY ??

Life is evolving with the present moment.
Our body is a good exemple : we are small when we are borned then our body grow up... we evolve. But the spirit inside the body is still the same perfect immortal spirit.
Physical life is balanced, so we have different bodies (different skins, eyes, hairs...) and deaths. But we are more than our bodies, and the spiritual life does not have to be balanced.
Life is a miracle, and we have to accept it for what it is.
Mankind evolved over the years, and life created the internet.
We have now the opportunity to communicate with anyone all over the world.
With internet we can build a better world : we can find and share truthful books, music, videos...

Thanks to my parents, I traveled a lot in my life, so I could meet people from different countries and cultures.
This helped me open my mind, and realize how lucky I am in this lifespan : some people all over the world have to struggle to survive.
We now have the opportunity to help each other, the truth can unite mankind through the internet.

In the past, prophets like Jesus, or Muhammad could not be understood by everyone.
Mankind was not ready to see the truth, because prophets was not able to communicate with the whole world.
Their messages was spreading from mouth to mouth, or lost their meaning with translations... That caused many wars in the past.
The holy books are still full of truth, if we separate the truth from the myhts.
Now we can stop lie to ourselves : There is NO superman in the sky that sent his son on earth (through a woman that never had sex ?) to physically heal/resurrect people, and do miracles.
Life IS the miracle, we don't need anything else.
Life is perfect and evolving, so we do not have to worry.

Today I asked myself a question, and I ask it to you who is currently reading this : How would you define yourself ?
The most simple answer I found is : I am.
I could elaborate a bit : I am a perfect immortal being who has been educated in lie, but desires (with all its heart) to evolve and be true to itself, and that want to help others to have the same desire.

This world is currently full of lie, judgement and hate... Bad thoughts.
The collective mind is : we should all look the same, get as much money as possible (to pay taxes, and spend the rest to buy the latest useless products from big firms).
It was necessary untill now for us to evolve so we could create the internet.
Now we have the internet, so we can seek truth and share what we found and checked for ourselves easily.

We have to be true to ourselves, help others do the same, and educate our childs in truth.
A better world for our childs is not a world with more money, and pollution. It is a world where people take care about themselves, whole mankind and our beautiful planet. It is a world where people stop care about what people think, but start to care about people, stop to regret the past and dream about the future, but enjoy the eternal perfect present moment instead.

We destroyed this planet to make more money, now we have to use more money to rebuild it.
We are currently spending billions in war and military research, political propaganda...
We should better spend them to find new energy for our cars, a way to use the sun energy at its full power : to provide free elecrity for the whole world.
We should also spend more money in medicinal research.
Our bodies is something we should take care of : eat better food, exercice more, stop smoke tobbaco, stop drink too much alcohol, vaporise weed from time to time instead of smoking it too much (or hash with tobbaco, that is not healthy I can tell that), don't get addicted in hard drugs...

Our childrens will take exemple on us, so we should stop lie to ourselves first so we can educate them in truth.
I mean if you tell your child not to lie, but you lie to yourself and him, that is obiously not educating your child in truth, and he will lie to himself and others too after his seventh year. That is what my parents, and most parents from last generation did.. and I can still see people lying to themselves and their childs.
Good education, is give good exemple. Good exemple is be true to oneself.

Actually lie does not only come from parents, but also from medias, advertisments, even schools and religions... collective mind.

Now we evolved enough materialy, we do not need bad thoughs (self or collective) anymore.
Only the truth can set us free, unite mankind, build a better world for our childrens.
Once people will start to open their eyes, they will realize they should care about mankind and Earth.
Bob Marley said "None but ourselves can free our minds", but we can show the way to others like he did, help him sing other songs of freedom.
We all have to get up and stand up for our right to enjoy the present moment.
Bob Marley also said "Don't worry about a thing, 'Cause every little thing gonna be all right." : Life is balanced. We are not in control of our futur so we should stop try to control it, surrender to life/the present.

With the power of the internet, the truth can be spread very fast all over the world.
Prophets (truth seekers) can now be heard from everyone, not be translated/interpreted in a wrong way.
There is already a lot prophets spreading truth through the internet, but we should not take what we find for granted : keep seeking for more truth and share it.
It is just like we should not take the music we like for granted : all the good music we discovered is still inspiring/relaxing, but life is evolving and artists are producing new beautiful songs all over the word every days.

Music is good exemple from my own life :
I was lucky I had good musical education from my family, but I took it from granted and did not seek much from myself untill I read this book, The Present that opened my mind.
Now in about 40 days I found a lot of new songs, and appreciate more the one I was already listening too.
I also play guitar myself.
I learned it during about 3 years with the help of a good teacher, but then took a 3 years break... and now I'm playing again since I recieved The Present.

PS : There are some mistakes (grammar, bad dates tiers instead of tears...) in first 2 posts, and probably in this one too.
I can not edit them anymore, but I will post a new blog with correction of mistakes later.
What is important is the message.
I am writing this to help myself and people seek and spread the truth.

People have to realize we all have a mind, that is producing thoughts, and a spirit listening to it (and other 5 senses).
The mind is what makes us different from other animals, but if it is not rational it makes us worse than them.
Other animals live in the present, but have no mind to be aware of life's miracle.
Humans have a mind, but do not use it to live in the present moment.
Humans spirits are currently listening from bad thoughts from self mind and collective mind, and not to the 5 other senses.
Without control the mind is an ennemy hidding us the present moment : we regret yesterday, dream about tomorrow, jugde ourselves... all that is bad thoughts from the mind, and it is illusion for our spirit and "talking" so laud to the spirit that it can not hear the 5 other senses.
But once we start open our minds, face reality, accept ourselves for what we are, the mind becomes rational and our best friend.
Once we realize the present moment is prefect and eternal, that life is balanced and evolving, the mind relax itself : we do realize that our mind can not control our life : if an accident must happen tomorrow, it will... things are the way they are. So the mind does not have to care about what could happen tomorrow, and can open itself to the truth : the present moment, the spiritual life.
Life is evolving, and we evolved in the animal realm, from the bottom of the food chain to the top it.
Evolution does not stop at this step : we can overcome animal life, be true to our spiritual selves.
To fully enjoy the present moment (be fullfiled), we have to fully open our mind (stop thinking) so the spirit can be listening to life and singing life.
The spirit can only get what the mind let it get... None but ourselves can emmancipate ourselves from mental slavery
Remember the first time you saw a beautiful place like grand canyon or any new amazing place you visited, or the first time you listened to a great song...
Your mind opened itself to like 99%, and you enjoyed the present moment.
If you keep seeking, you could feel even better than that anytime : The present moment is eternal and evolving so you can never get enough of it.
If you keep seeking, a beautiful landscape can amaze you even if you see to the same every days, because it will actually never be the same and you will know/appreciate it.

More to come, even if I die tomorrow : it will take several years, but my spirit is 700 millions year old and life will bring it back in a new body to seek more truth, because the present moment will not stop with the death of this physical body.

I'm back to Bordeaux after all these years.
It's good to see my oncle and cousin again, and specially the friend I shared room with during my last year of school.
We had good times and discussions during this year, (smoked many joints, he was already growing some...).
We already had good times and discussions tonight also, and I experienced weed vaporising, it is really healthy.
I realyze now that I learned more from myself and my environment at Bordeaux, than Paris (at least untill I read The Present).
I experienced 2 years of boarding school, or internship, I'm not sure how to say it in english... anyway I was living with people my age (unfortunately only boys like me when school was over, but that's still better than parents).
During this time I had the chance to meet many people from many different places, and share a lot with them (much free time because I didn't really studied a lot hehe only with teachers, I didn't liked homework).
It's a bigger sources of opinions/experiences than 2 parents... And people from same generation always understand themselves better because they was born in same time (even if different environment, the global situation of the world, evolution is the same).
The friend who shared my room is good exemple, he lived several years in Congo so he experienced different things than me, but we already had a similar perception of life... we agreed more often than I agreed with my father when talking about our society, or miracles people calling themselves Christians are spreading.
I can realize this better now that my perception of truth/life evolved thanks to The Present... Desire can change us, and the whole world if it reachs enough people.
I already feel better in my body, and vaporize weed can help me stop smoking tobbaco forever... and once I'll not need tobbaco anymore, I will not need vaporize weed so often either.
No tobbaco = better breath = body will relax.
I will start learn yoga, and practice sport more often, this should help my body relax too.
I will also try my best to eat healthy, but it will not be easy in Paris, I have a really small kitchen at the moment... and as long as I work and don't have a wife, I don't have much time to cook (and of course I can not grow my own vegetables in Paris).
If I can start to work half-time soon, it will already be a good start : already more time to cook, do sport... live better.

This world is so full of lie, than truth can be hard to face in this environment.
Actually people often ask a question, but prefer a lie as answer than a truth. It is hard to be true to itself in these conditions, but I will always answer 4 if one asks me what is the result of 2+2
If we bring more truth in this world, truth will become selfevident, and lie will become senseless (it is already, but people do not get it).

Now we see the light, it is time to get up and stand up for the truth/life and burn all lies, judgements...
Of course we can not change the world, we can not force people to stop lie to themselves and others.
We can only change ourselves : stop lie to ourselves, and the help bring more truth in this society (help sing other songs of freedom).
Now we have internet we have the ability to share truth in live, so it will grow up exponentially...

On my way to nothing.
It's been about 5 days since I smoke my last joints with tobbaco.
I'm still vaporizing some weed when I can --> I love the feeling to get stoned without hurting my body with tobbaco.
Now I starting to realize I do not need weed so much either
If I can find some good when I come back to Paris, I'll get a vaporizer and keed smoking anyway. Now I don't smoke tobbaco anymore, I should not need vaporize much weed... but anyway it is not bad for my body/breathe like tobbaco.
I can already breathe better, and this will motivate me to keep living WITHOUT tobbaco.
Waking up early tomorrow... More to come later.

It is sunny today and I had the chance to swim (I have the opportunity untill tomorrow afternoon, then next time will be next year probably).
Tonight I was supposed to go drink and smoke with my old room mate and his friends (I don't know them).
I told him I need to relax, and prefer stay at his home that is near the sea (I can hear the sound of the waves while I'm writting this).
I will go swim again before I go sleep, the sun is still shinning
My mate is not quite ready to face reality yet, but I'm still very happy I came to Bordeaux.
I learned from the discussions we had, his mind is opened enough to respect my choices.
I had a good time/discussion with my family too (and it is not over yet).
It made it easy for me to quit tobbaco thanks to weed vaporizing that I could test in Bordeaux (or smoking without tobbaco when I can not vaporize like today).
Now I can breathe better, and the air/sound of waves is more relaxing than the air from Paris, and sound of cars...

I'll go swim again now, more to come later.

More about me :
I was born in a wealthy family.
I am not a billionaire, but I have more money than the average in France.
My dad and mother both worked hard the biggest part of their life, and already had good heritage from their parents.
I am also lucky the father of the mother of my mother bought a very nice house near the sea (now my grandmother died it is my mom's house).

But I can tell money does not make people happy, money actually divides people and creates wars.
I was lucky about money, but I am not obsessed about it.

People always want more, they think they should make as much money as possible for the happiness of their childrens.
Money is important because you can not really live without it in the current society... But we actually do NOT need most of the products of this crazy society.
The society creates false needs.
We only really need money to buy food, but that is the consequence of the way we currently live : very few people are growing much food (in a bad way) for the rest that are living close to each others in big cities (where food can not be grown).
My onkle (who is co-owner of my mom's house near the sea) started to grown his own vegetables their, and I can tell they are much better than all you can buy with money in what we call "supermarkets" in France (malls).

The perception you have on money, and the way you use it is much more important than how much you have.
Money itself does not make people happy or healthy, so it is not worth chasing it with all our energy.
