Members found under this category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List are Active, Trustworthy Users of the Bar and Pub Games sub forum who are prepared to act as an Unofficial Mediator. These users also help maintain the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List.

Trusted Status
Members found under this category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List are Somewhat Active, Trustworthy Users of the Bar and Pub Games. They are often busy with many things including helping to maintain the Poker Bettor's List. They are occasionally available to act as an Unofficial Mediator.

Active Status
Members found under this category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List are Active bettors in the Bar and Pub Games sub forum. This Status is to show Users who Actively play Poker and have consistantly followed the rules. They often help with various services around the Bar And Pub section.

Paid-Back Welcher Status
Members found under this category have, at one point or another, committed a form of Welching in the Bar and Pub Games sub forum. They have now Paid-Back their Welch(s) and wish to play Poker once again.

Welcher Status
Members found under this category have, at one point or another, committed a form Welching in the Bar and Pub Games. They have not paid back their Welch(s) and may still be attempting to Welch. Under no circumstances should any user play a Welcher Listed User.

Blacklist Status
Members found under this category have damaged the Bar and Pub Games sub forum in some way, shape or form. They have proven themselves to be untrustwothy. Uunder no circumstances should any User play a Blacklisted User.

General Information Regarding The Unofficial Poker Bettor's List

No Falsification of the Unofficial Poker Bettors List!
Users that create a false Unofficial Poker Bettor's List that we feel are attempting to cause harm to the Bar and Pub Games will be Blacklisted.

Paying Your Bets
Payment should take no longer then a couple minutes after a Poker Match is finished. Anything longer then 10 minutes is considered a Welch. If you have a legitimate excuse (Power Outage, Angry Mother, Ect) and we feel you were legitimately unable to send, your time will be extended (PM any Unofficial Poker Mediator / Trusted User to discuss your case).

Getting Someone Added to the Welcher Category
If you have finished a game with someone and they have taken longer then 10 minutes to pay their bet, they are considered a Welcher. Please follow these steps to get them added to the 'Welcher' Category of the Unofficial Poker Bettors List;

These things are fairly simple to get, so if you don't have the time to gather the required information, we don't have time to help you add them to the Welcher Category!

• A Screenshot of the AIM conversation
• A Screenshot of you winning the tournament
• A Screenshot of your gold logs (after 10 minutes has passed)
• A link to the thread where the accused states his AIM screen name
• A link to the accused profile

Paying Back Your Welch(s)
If you are found under the Welcher Section of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List and are interested in paying back your Welch(s), PM Wopsey with a Screenshot of you paying back your Welch(s). Once confirmed you will be moved to Paid-Back Welchers. Please allow up to 48 hours after you send your PM before inquiring about being moved.

If you are unaware who you welched, you can PM Wopsey who will help you find the proof of you Welching.

If for any reason proof of your Welch has gone missing, Wopsey will make a post in the Bar and Pub Games Section asking the general public for proof you Welching. The topic will be Bumped Once a Day for 7 Days. If after 7 days no one has posted sufficient Proof of you Welching, you can pay a one 'Fee' of 250 Forum Gold to Wopsey to be added to Paid-Back Welcher. Your Forum gold will be used for Free-Rolls for any Poker User that is not found under the Welcher or Blacklisted Section on the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List.

Paid-Back Welcher
If a user found under the Paid-Back Welcher category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's list is found Welching, they will be Blacklisted.

No Playing / Mediating For Welcher OR Blacklisted Users
Users found under the Welcher or Blacklist section of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's list have damaged the section in some way, shape or form. When you play them you allow them to continue to damage the section. No user should play any members under this section. Members found under the Mediator / Trusted / Active category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's list that are found Playing / Mediating for known Welcher or Blacklisted Members will be warned twice. If they continue to purposely aid Welcher / Blacklist members they will be removed from their current Status.

Being Added to Active
Users that are considered Active around the Bar and Pub Games are eligible to be added to the Active category of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List. There is a minimum requirement of 3 Months before you are allowed to apply for this status.

Any User may nominate them self for Active status, to be added, these are the things are required:

• Screenshots of Full, Unedited Gold Logs showing 3 Months of Activity
• 4 Vouchs from Active Members found on the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List
• 2 Vouchs from Trusted / Mediator Members found on the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List

Once you have obtained the requirements, make a post in the Bar and Pub Games section. Make sure to post your Screenshots (not links) and have your 4 Active and 2 Trusted / Mediator Members Vouch You in this topic. Once these things are posted, PM Wopsey with the topic link. Please allow up to 48 Hours after you send your PM before inquiring about your application.

Active
If you are found under the 'Active' category, it merely means you have been active around the Bar and Pub Games section of D2Jsp. Being found under this list usually entitles more Trust / Respect from other users of the Forum, as such, if an Active Member Commits a Welch in this section, they will be Blacklisted (rare exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances).

Being Added to Trusted / Mediator
Only Active Members may be nominated for Trusted / Mediator Status. Do not make Posts / PM Wopsey inquiring about being added to this Section. If the Trusted / Mediator team of the Unofficial Poker Bettor's List feels that you are Trustworthy, you will be added.
