GENERAL RULES
- Both teams must say go
- Talking shit is allowed (adds to competition)
- Towning at any moment results in your forfeit of that round (unless blatant mistake and not avoiding damage)
- Dueling format is ft3 unless otherwise specified by specified (ft5 max)


Specific Rules
- duels take place in the blood moor
- must clear moor before dueling
- no thawing/antidote pots
- no rejuvs/hp pots
- mana pools are not allowed unless agreed on by both teams.
- no shrines/wells
- no mercs
- no prebuffing (cube inventory is ok)
- must maintain same class/type when dueling - respeccing allowed (switching to max block etc) but must maintain class/type
- max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
- max absorb of any element is 20%*
- can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
- life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics and double hoto switch+dungos for barb)
- max poison off items is 451
- no more then 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
- no casting charges from items (unless agreed upon by both parties)
*don't combine more then 1-5% max with more then 20% absorb

Assassin:
- c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max

Barbarian:
- bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

Necro:
- bonewall is banned
- iron madien is banned
- all corpse skills are banned
- prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
- hotspurs is allowed

Druid:
Tgods is now Gm (If you wonder why pm me)

Sorceress:
- can use either 10% max OR up to 20% sorb, cannot combine both of them.
- blizz sorcs may use doom
- magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15
- may use mana pots regardless of ES %
- ES may use 5% max, sorb is not allowed

Paladin:
- maximum of 1 base prayer
- defensive gc's are banned
- 1 piece of tap is allowed
- same res cap rules apply (if aura stacking % max, may not use items)

Amazon:
- amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
- infinite arrows is not allowed unless agreed by both teams, mana and arrow conservation is a huge part of strategy, don't spam if you don't want to waste.
- slow missile is allowed
- 1point Plague is allowed

Banned classes:
Auradin, Foher, 100% Psn zon Must be lvl 1 plague with bow
Summoner necro, Psn necro

Gameplay Restrictions
- avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking for prolonged periods of time is unacceptable, defensive play is part of dueling but lets not have 11 hour 1-0's like a few years ago.
- casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
- camping in houses
- camping next to flavie (in the pathway between Moore/CP)
- there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast(legit), hammer-fields, etc)
- no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)
