This is for all Non-ladder whirlwind barbarians on east. POST IN THE THREAD, then PM AN ADMIN if you want to be added.


GENERAL RULES :

- Do not prebuff.
- Do not precast.
- Do not use poison.
- Do not use slow.
- Do not enchant.
- Do not use healing pots.
- Do not run.
- Do not tmc.
- Do not use temporary armor or weapons. (Do not use ethereal gear that is not repairable or indestructable.)
- You must have enough strength to pick up your body without switching gear.
- If chilling armor casts from fort it can be used for that one duel. The next duel the player must either rejoin or be killed. This way chilling armor wont be precasted for the next duel.
- If venom casts from grief you have to redo the duel unless the other person agrees to finish the duel.
- Duels are first to 5 for 2 sets. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WIN BY 2.* You are expected to know these rules before participating on the ladder.
- Failing to abide by the rules will bring actions against you depending on the severity and times of offense.

Challenges:

When challenging on the ladder, challenge one or two spots up the ladder. Make sure to post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP.
*Screen Shots can be requested at any time, of inventory, and screen to make sure there is no pre-buff items, or the use of tmc, or other illegal performance enhancing hacks If pre-buff gear is found, or a form of hacking, you will be kicked out***

Gear change rules:

You cannot change gear in the MIDDLE OF A DUEL, only before or after a duel.

Gear check rules:

If u feel your opponent is using ethereal non repairable gear or poison, you have the right to ask for a gear check, and the opponent cannot refuse! if he refuses, stop the duel and message an admin to come to the game.

Re-spec rules: If you re-spec your barb, you have to rejoin the ladder and start from bottom again

Dodge rule:

Invoked after 3 days by the CHALLENGER, IF and ONLY IF the CHALLENGED PERSON never replied to the initial pm. Always send a private message to your opponent on the day you issued a challenge against him, or else the dodge rule will not be granted to you!

*The challenger must PM the person defending for the "dodge rule" to be in effect. Do not try to go around this, you will be removed from the ladder.*

Forfeit rule:

After 5 days, no matter what the situation is, a duel is voided and if deemed necessary, the win is granted to one of the opponents, at the admin's discretion (if someone was stalling the duel, and the other was available and ready etc.).

Challenge rule:

The winner of a challenge has priority in his next challenge. The person who loses will have to wait 1 full day before challenging again, allowing the others to challenge him, to avoid those situations when people challenge immediately after their duel, consequently not giving a chance to the lower ranked players to move up.
This rule applies for re-challenges as well, meaning u don't have to wait 3 days to re-challenge the same opponent, you can do it after 1 day.

Inactivity:

If your last seen status is 14 days or more, you will be automatically removed from this ladder, even if you haven't been challenged

dont forget no charged items. according to those rules one could switch weapons and cast lifetap on their opponent.
