I need some kind of heal charm (guardian useable) with some amount of heal mastery as well as 8+ mana syphon

Don't need any other type, and don't need anything without mana syphon. I may consider some other nice mod besides HM if it's really sexy (like strength, intelligence, critical strike) but mostly looking for one with HM.
