ISO: Level 15 and 25 Ices!

I'm looking to buy two Ice charms, level 15 and level 25.
They must be premium Ices and I will be paying well for them. See requirements below for more information:

Requirements:

Level 15 Ice:
-110+ EE
-Must have at least 1 side mod (mana/critical strike, etc..)

~OR~
-I will accept a Perfect 120 EE Ice without the casting mods.

I will be willing to pay up to 5k for a level 15 Ice.
(Keep in mind this is completely depending on the quality of the Ice charm, lower quality = lower price)




Level 25 Ice:
-145+ EE
-Must have at least 1 side mod (mana/critical strike, etc..)

~OR~
- I will accept a 155+ EE Ice without the casting mods.

I will be willing to pay up to 15k for a level 25 Ice.
(Keep in mind this is completely depending on the quality of the Ice charm, lower quality = lower price)




Earn some FG:
1. I will send a 100fg Tip/Donation to anyone who can lead me to an Ice charm that is for sale and meets my listed requirements.
2. If you know of any level 15 and 25 Ices that meet my requirements, and is currently owned by somebody that does not have it listed for sale, that information can also be used and will be appreciated. If I end up buying that Ice charm, I will send a 100fg Tip/Donation to the person who sent me that info.

Charm #1: Thanks for posting, it doesn't fit the requirement though. But I will definitely keep it in mind if nothing happens with other 15's.
Charm #2: In the process of hopefully buying that charm (That should give away the purpose of this thread...)

E: After thinking about it, I guess technically charm #1 does fit the requirement. Just not the mod I was looking for
