anyways i think u mean skill % when putting points into them, they work like this

10% means its unlocked, 6% colored darker red means u have not unlocked, but u can still use it
but at alot less build up power

ya i knew about those im wondering what the min tier essence a lvl 3 can use for xp is. unfortunately not in there

0 = mag I
1 = rare I
2 = ang I
3 = arc I
4 = godly I
5 = mag II
6 = rare II
7 = ang II
8 = arc II
9 = godly II
10 = mag III

should be something like that , repeats all 5 levels
