Just died in sc and after I checked my prof I lost twice the prof. Chat box displayed this:


Seems like I got 2 rips (in character stats and prof loss and chat) while I just died once.

Anyone encountered this before?

Are you 100% certain that you did not inadvertently click on Catacombs? It is entirely possible that the last monster you were fighting was in the same relative position as the cata img, and this could have caused you to click/enter the cata before you realized you had died.

This time I am 100% sure there is no mistake on my part. I died checked prof and was confused about the high loss, than I checked the chat box.
I never reentered cata or clicked any mob.

Like I said, I died from a lag while fighting 3 regular mobs. Never did anything else than clicking the door when I realized I had a lag.

During your lag you could have died then.

Without realizing it. But in the end all u did was die and lose some prof q.q less

Hes saying he died twice when it should have only been one death. Hes trying to report a bug or see if it could have been something he overlooked. Or trying to see if anyone else encountered the same situation.

As for qq less, all he said was "Pretty annoying to lose the prof double ... "


The only thing I can think of to answer your question is maybe 2 mobs attacked you at the exact same time for the killing blow, resulting in 2 deaths. I don't know if that's even possible, but I cant come up with another reason you died twice.

Did you read mine he said he began lagging which means ricks theory can come into play and is what likely happened. You dont just get killed once and die twice it doesnt work like that. He probably entered cata during his LAG and didnt see it because he was lagging which when subsided resulted in the double death. Not that far-fetched when you think about it.




u could have very well been lagging longer than you realized. Normally one does not realize they are lagging until 2-3 seconds of lag which is 2-3 actions if you died during that time and kept clicking the mob bam into catas then death again instantly.


My question is how do you have two drop boxes?
