where can we post suggestions for the game and/or opinions about the updates without having the topics closed or getting 24 hour suspensions?

Sorry but i don't know.

The topics are usually closed because they are merely a re-hash of previously posted suggestions, or because the supposed ''criticisms'' are inflammatory in nature.

As well, these topics tend to become flame wars between certain individuals who do not play much any more but love to create drama

This whether the suggestion starts out good or not there are trolls who will come and bash the game and paul etc etc that forces mods to close it and then the idea cannot be expanded upon SO before you post one make sure u have it completely thought out odds are it wont last a week before spam/flame close it.
