we all know the more mods this game gets the harder it is to get good ones. its also quite rare to get good items with high side mods making them very effective. it is of my opinion these two options would help alot.
number 1.
make all mods effective in accessory slot at .75 % except for stats ( str dex vita int)
number two
a ring or amulet item that spawns like normal items but can not have str dex int or vita.
what do you think.
