didnt skill. just normal cata.
the next monster gave me the lvl though.. but at 100% i allrdy had more exp than was needed to get the next lvl without leveling up

yep also thought it said 99% if i actually skill

well happened to me at least 3 times at lvling from 1-15.. could be it happened more often and i just didnt realize it
