i am using this foc heal

Rare focused heal XIV, Heals: 235 to 282, +192% Enhanced Effect, +2% Magical Damage Reduction

on my 2nd slot..
together with 79 heal mastery..

before the new update i healed around 340 avrg..
today i saw that my heal went down to around 250..

if i calculate the normal avrg heal it is 258,5..
so 2nd slot 0.25% worse --> ~ 194

with 79 heal mastery it should be ~ 339



anyone noticed similar things?

Yes I noticed my heal was a bit less than normal as well.

nothing about that in an update yet..

I doubt that would be true.... you'd have a million heal mastery but no focused/wild mastery items.

Extremely unbalanced.

Last night in a G/O Jamie noticed it. He switched to multiple different setups and it didn't do anything. I don't know the specific numbers but he was healing for a lot less than his usual average with his MQ setup.

yep thought the same.. allrdy pmed paul about it..
maybe he did any mistake with heal mastery when he added the other masterys..

... making focused/wild heal mastery items more expensive (high demand, low supply), which means two things:
- People may spend more fg on items and hence demand for fg increases
- Higher prices means more fg to the bank during transactions.

As you can see, someone was trying to increase his cash flow...
