I wonder do I get it after I MQ or ?

Anyway, I made a few maps and a couple of them showed the arrow and some of them didn't. I'm assuming the map is just huge at this level so it's impossible to see the whole thing. So sometimes you start off the map.

Im betting it doesnt work on characters that are already doing a master quest. Ie, start from lvl 1 bro.

Not saying its right or wrong, maybe its bugged so it didnt work, or maybe you do have to start at lvl 1.

i did start from the beginning to lvl 101 and still nothing, not even after mq
