The situation is the following:
One of our guild members, "Judgemental" aka Josh, decided some months ago to quit LS and sold all his gear
except this item:
Rare godwood staff
Level Req: 55
Damage: 215 to 573
+196% Enhanced Effect
+1 to 2 Mana per Attack
Item ID: 40992535.
Some days ago he wanted to sell this staff but he could not find it on his account. So he came to the conclusion
that someone of us stole or sold it. We all have access to each others account for more than 2 years now. We all
are a close slashing group who left Society together to build Inglourious Basterds. With this thought in his mind
he got drunk and logged to everyones account on 9 Dec 2011 03:14 my time and stole all our high value items.
A second thing to know is that "Judgemental" is the boyfriend of "Missy_mei_mei" aka Mei, an other member of our guild,
and he knows her real life brother "baps" aka Bao, a member too. He lives with these two people in one house. At the
moment Judgemental holds our items on the Ladder Slasher characters of "baps" (

This are the items we are able to see at least. I think he has other stolen items in his vault, in "Missy_mei_mei"'s vault
and in "baps"' vault. I got screenshots of conversations with him he confess that he stole our gear.
Well, that was the main knowledge of the first freaky day, when I turned online and found out what happened. I instandly
personal messaged him and asked what all this is about. He told me that he wants me/the guild to find out what happened
to his staff. With the item ID and the passwords of our members I started the search and checked each vault, LS char and
gold log for this item. Noone had it or sold it. This took me 2 days. After I did all this I messaged him with the
informations and asked him to send gear to the people back that I were able to check. He did not send back of course,
all he send back was my lightning charm set because I tried to find out what happened.
While I tried to check every member of our guild to proof that noone took it I came to an other strange occurrence.
Our member "xXxNeCroSiSxXx" aka Lili told us 8 days ago that someone changed her gold password. Only "TheBert" and
"Judgemental" had her account information and in case that "Judgemental" stole our stuff I came to the conclusion
that he uses her account too to hold our items. If you check her account (

then you are able to see that her last post was 8 days ago (

So since then she stated that she is not able to log to her LS account anymore. I think she could only tell us because
of the auto login option for the site. But now the strange thing is: she wasnt able to login to LS since 8 days but her
main char was last played 5 days ago (
http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?c=3&i=286813 ). This fact only allows two options:
1. he stole the staff of "Judgemental" and tried to fool us with telling someone changed her goldpassword, or 2. "Judgemental"
stole her account.
"Judgemental" said that he will only send the items back if we find out what happened to his staff. Since I checked every
member of our guild except "xXxNeCroSiSxXx" I cant do anything more personally to solve this. "xXxNeCroSiSxXx" doesnt show
up for days now and she didnt answer any personal message I or someone else of our guild send to her.
Is there the possibility that you as the creator of the game can check somehow her vault for the item ID 40992535?
I came to the limit of my options and I want everyone in our guild to get his items back. I fear if I "report" him he could
get locked and the items would never came back to the true owner. Thats even the reason why I send a personal message to you and
dont post in the forums, because I dont want "Judgemental" to know, that I am trying everything to get the guilds gear back.
He still has the account information of some of our members who didnt show up since all this happened. So we cant
take his guild rights etc because he would still be able to give himself all the rights back with an other account. I am touching
him with velvet gloves since he had our gear because I dont want him to freak out. Our guild has to wait till every other member
signed online and changes his password personally.
Of course I know that it is our fault to share passwords with each other, but to enjoy the game and play it effective as a
guild it helps a lot to do it.

Judgemental took all our high value items out of our guild, because he thought one of our members took his MQ staff and sold it or what ever !
After some days talking he started to selling off the gear he stole !

Yeah we know that it was our fail, to give passwords to each other, but well if you read the text above you may know why we did it and so on.
