Lets assume i got a total of 100 points

If I use a sword, I try to get a total of 75 str and 25 Dex.
If I use a Dagger, I try to get a total of 10 Str and 90 Dex.

Would'nt I get much more Crits when going for dagger and would'nt I take far less crits?
Why should anyone use Swords now?

And is the best hybrid now the Dagger-Mage?

I am currently lvl 64, and am testing out this dex//str thing.
Am using this armor, of course

Godly ultimanium chain mail
Level Req: 55
Physical Defense: 40 to 101
Magical Defense: 0 to 32

+55 Strength
+20 Dexterity
+22 Vitality
+53 Intelligence
+3% Experience Gained
+2 Mana Regen
+1 to 26 Life per Kill
+5% Parry

But I am going to swap these 2 charms around:

Magical ice XIV
Level Req: 55
Spell Damage: 80 to 96
Mana Cost: 109

+59 Dexterity

and

Rare ice XIV
Level Req: 55
Spell Damage: 80 to 96
Mana Cost: 109

+40 Strength
+1 Jubilance

when did you get that

at 20 I switched my 21 str charm for a 20 dex one, and yes it did raise my average damage. (using daggers)

ofcourse I didnt know about this new ratio when I first rolled, so ofcourse I have 40 base int and then started pumping stats into str, hence the messed-up stats now

+53 Dexterity,
+1 Vitality,
+9% Experience Gained,
+1 to 2 Life per Attack,
+3% Life Steal

Rare nightshade padded robe,
Physical Defense: 0 to 27,
Magical Defense: 26 to 66,
+47 Dexterity,
+2% Heal Mastery




with the levle 35 dex armor i did 500 more damage than i did with the str armor.

with th e dex armor i had like 165 dex and 80ish str. my max crit 1600

with the str amor on i had 120/120 dex str my max crit was 1100
