Try refreshing the game -- I had a similar incident with my new sword, in that it went invisible as I was re-aranging my inventory. In my case, the refresh made the weapon visible again

try looking in your vault if you have one,
or maybe you transfered it to another character?

I know wigwam has the some problem he misplaced a 75stat charm with some LS somewhere

went threw all his chars only 4 heheh nothing, hope its a glitch for ur sake. or mabye since ur a med paul will just make u a new 1.

This occurred to me with my 19x charm before as well.
I panicked for a good 10 minutes searching all my chars and vault only to find nothing.
So i logged out and logged back in and there it is =)

I hope you find it
