[Improved] Loot Roll SystemOk so in my
first post there were mixed feelings about this suggestion. People were sceptic and many liked the idea
that the game was based on FFA and who was the quickest clicker. So here is the new improved version, and I hope
more will be more positive towards it this time. A quick introduction to those who didn't see the last thread:
The reason for this system suggestion is, loot currently is based on
- Speed
- Luck
- Latency
- and Knowledge ofc.
It's a FACT though, that not all got the same latency, and those who say it's whine, either dont know what latency is & how it works with
routing, or they are simply just afraid a new system will ruin their only chance to get loot, anyway, here goes.
The idea itself, is a simple roll if need system, based on a simple random script doing 1-100, and highest roller wins. We all know it, and for those few who
doesn't, please read on. Below I've added pictures & descriptions, of how it could look & work, and this is just an IDEA.

As you can see on the image, next to each item is a box, this box will show up with a set of dices on every mob once
it's dead. These dices will stay for aproxximately 2sec, if you're interested in the item, you click on the dice,
and the dice will run a script that randomly picks a number between 1-100, meaning if 2 players roll on the same
item, the person with the highest role (funny enough) wins. It's that simple, and used in many mmorpgs. It's also
shown with colors, if the box is
green, you won the item roll, and if it's
red (yea you guessed it) you lost the roll.
Now in the first thread on this system, many was sceptic, due to the system making "new" players, actually have a chance, on getting
a nice item, fair enough. Also people were sceptic about the system making the game longer, but besides these, some did actually come
up with valid suggestions to a fix to this, and I hereby present, the enable system.

Once a player click "Create Group" he (The Driver & Creator of the game) will have the
option to enable the system. The system as shown
can be enabled for all mobs, or just for EP's. This should fix it for those who dont want to use the roll system, and be an option for those who actually
want to use it, and give all 5 players an equal chance.
Questions & Answers There are many "what if's" & questions etc. so I will try and adress a few of them here, I'm sure I'll forget some, but hey, feel free to suggest etc.
Invetory full & i won?(It's your own job to make sure your inventory aint full, just the same as it is now! if your inventory is full, 2nd highest roller will get the item)
We both rolled 75, but he got the item?(If 2 or more people tie on a roll, the script will run an automatically hidden roll between the players, and highest there gets item)
This will just make the games longer?(Dices will be up for 2sec, after that dissapear, if no one rolls, nothing will happen, and game continues, so in rare cases, a wave gets 2seconds longer)
I dont like this crap at all!(then please either keep it to yourself, OR write constructively why not)
ConclusionI personally would love to see a system like this added to the game. I believe I've taken all the negative comments from the previous thread into consideration
and come up with a solution for all parts, that work. I believe this system would make the game more fair for all, and not just be based on click speed and loot
position camping. Again everything here is just my thoughts and ideas, so please if you dont agree, that's fine, but express yourself in a respectful and constructive
way, instead of just going, "no.." we can't really use comments like those for anything, and if it's just to get +1, I'll be happy to report it.
