I want to buy this axe for 4.xx fg ( 5fg)
but i never saw monster drop any gold yet

you dont find fg - you have to sell your items on the mp for it.

whats the point of ladderslasher if you can't get to level after 12 with basic gear

that is so not true

we had numerous grindnights where the aim was to reach lvl 15 with selffound gear

meanwhile geeks like mcclain do 5 MQ's in the same amount of time.
I agree, Ladder Slasher is quite boring if you do not have any fg to start with. It's not that good a game that I would invest hours and hours just to reach level 15

the point of LS is to get fg out of the d2jsp system via item fees on the market etc.

i heard of ppl grind with lvl 40 charms to mq.
takes like years but its possible.

My Tip for beginners
Lvl 1 Items with 2 Extra item slots sell for 1fg
Lvl 1 Items with 3 Extra slots for even more

There you have 5 FG. You could technically get up to level 30 if you buy 1 FG items, and resell them on the Market Place after you are done using them.

I suggest you talk to somebody on the mentoring program to find out what item stats are good so you don't waste your FG.
