o we'll b able to tell fg changes, tier 3 item at level 9 or lower, ee seems a bit to high xD

yea but they can buy item w/ good stats but within the range, just keep eye out on fg.

lol true =) but i doubt people would waste their fg to support a "no" fg character as the grind would b mega long, and it wouldnt have any benefits

Another tip to see whether the item is bought, ask them for permlink...

Item number should be above 161k or so

hmm i was thinking of spending fg made -,- rather not though.

I'm still level 1. Re-roll whenever i hit level 2 lol.
