Maybe I misunderstand you. If I get you right : I talk about two kinds of experience. The normal characters development (green-bar-level) experience and the suffusencing skill experience.
Ofc suffusencing exp is not giving while you place items. The characters development runs the whole time - it is so slow, that the little time refering to the rest of the (while suffusencing) time can impossibly count up to that 16 %.
So you get character experience while skilling for sure.
Was that your question ? We can talk in german or french on pm's as well if thats more clear to you to avoid language-based misunderstandings. I prefer both rather than english myself.
Engilish is main language, unless you can speak Maori, then we maybe able to converse more.
Have you tested whether your character gains experience while placing items into the skill boxe(s) (having the character screen open I am assuming that you do)

I think your question is pointless.
Youre saying he cant count the time used to place an item in the box, but this is incorrect.
If you are skilling you are forced to lose the time placing the items in the box, so he can count the entire time from start to finish as part of his results, because it is not like he is creating time that wasnt being used previously. Whether you wear jubliance or not you still have to spend 1 second per item to place them in the box.
Have you personally tested this by having your character screen open and used jubilance gear while skilling and making sure you watched the experience gained during the
items being loaded into the skill box???? If not, then don't say it is pointless of my post asking a question.

Note: the experience gain bar only indicates 1% per 10,000 experience points gained. Not sure how many experience points are given per second per Jubilance point.

i believe that he is saying you get more xp while skilling if wearing jubilance gear ~because~ you take that extra second to drag the item your skilling to the box. hence the more xp than if you wear no jubilance gear at all. i tested this myself in depth a year ago, no results worth publishing.
Thanks... I got that a little while ago... but then I keep thinking of Prof points and not experience points.
or maybe I am still lost...
