actually taht is a very good point. the dmg is so low it wouldn't matter unless this person were to have like rank20 lol i dont think it would do much. good point.

It really is a moot point. The most anyone with gear is going to have is 5 to MAYBE 6. At 15 max dmg of a sword, +6% from prof, that's 15.9 dmg -> 15 most likely as decimals get dropped I'm sure.

So you'd need 7% prof to see a difference of 1. On top of that, how many people climb to 71 and then reroll instead of mqing?

If anything, this favors new people. They're the only ones that might have rerolled a char without mqing and thus have a chance at 7+% prof without a single mq.
