Damn really? The numbers supported it so well. I believe you if you tested it, but something isn't right here. darkhunter - you sure you were healing for ~250? When you copy/pasted the charm here did you have less int than when casting?

If HM doesn't help any, there is no way that charm could heal for 250 in the acc slot. Even after adding in his current prof amount of 17 the high end of the range is something around ~225.

Again I believe rouxt, just want to satisfy my curiosity. Who knows maybe its only bugged for certain things and this will help fix the bug faster.

we did it again tonight and same result on Jamie's wl. going from no hm to 80 did nothing at all to the heal amounts. I pm'd paul about it the other night, nothing back yet. We did it with and without hm and in acc and main both ways and got same heals with and without it in both slots.

Thanks for testing this so I'm not waisting time running hybrid during solo.

well yesterday i was pretty sure it was the way i posted.. when i just tested it again it was like randy said..i was using 55hm and reached the normal heal number as if i didnt have any hm... :unsure:
and another test.. even with hm on weapon and hm on armor.. no difference :baby:

damn i could have sworn it was different yesterday... either something changed or i am halluzinating :thumbsup:

I don't think its just the mastery, because I was healing for a lot less than usual, and I have no mastery.

Guildie did another test and it's been fixed but nothing like it used to be. Results:

Here's how I tested it. First off I put my heal charm in my main slot, so I could see the potential heal effect (minus prof ofc which in my case is only 8 for reg heals) without the 25% reduction. My base int is 167.

I put on some gear without any intel or heal mastery. (167Int/+0%HM)

Mystical darkwood staff
Level Req: 40
Damage: 46 to 124

+172 Max Mana
+7 Extra Equipment Slots
+1 to 1 Life per Attack

Rare silksteel robe
Level Req: 45
Physical Defense: 0 to 17
Magical Defense: 62 to 188

+6 Extra Equipment Slots
+1 to 3 Mana per Attack

Rare heal XIII
Level Req: 50
Heals: 303 to 809
Mana Cost: 101

+197% Enhanced Effect (+205% w/prof)
+4% Critical Flux

I went into cata did 50 heals, all of which resulted in (313 / 540 / 805), of course I made sure that I was missing enough life so that I would get an accurate reading.

I made a new group, in order to reset the stats, and equipped a heal mastery staff and robe, without any intel, so heal mastery would be the only variable. (167Int/+73% HM)

Mystical godwood staff
Level Req: 55
Damage: 59 to 157

+627 Max Life
+2% Critical Flux
+38% Heal Mastery

Angelic wyvernskin padded robe
Level Req: 40
Physical Defense: 0 to 32
Magical Defense: 57 to 144

+626 Max Life
+1 to 11 Mana per Attack
+5% Armor Pierce
+35% Heal Mastery

Rare heal XIII
Level Req: 50
Heals: 303 to 809
Mana Cost: 101

+197% Enhanced Effect (+278% w/prof and heal mastery if it works how I now believe it does)
+4% Critical Flux

Again, in a new group, I went into cata did 50 heals, all of which resulted in (392 / 692 / 1001), making sure that I was missing enough life so that I would get an accurate reading.

Did it again with intel gear on (246 Int/+0%HM)

Heals: 394 to 1053

50 heals, resulting (413 / 740 / 1077).

So I would have to say that Heal Mastery is working, just changed how it is calculated in. And it seems as if it does less than or equal to intel.
