I realize you've been through 18 guilds, but you'd think after joining a guild as respectable as laby you would come in, keep your mouth shut and try your best to live up to their standards instead of spreading drama that for 1. isn't true and 2. has no place in a small ls community that's trying to grow.

But I agree. We should respond to him in thread to look like the big tough guy instead of pm'ing him, because he probably won't respond to negativity.

How would you know if its true or not all the ones replying to my comment are newbies to UA saying its not true when you were not there at the time?

Never mentioned your guild was your own doing getting all insulted in public could of been talking about one of my other 17 guilds

Sorry for your loss. There's no "scamming" in LS, so technically he did nothing wrong, even if it's morally stupid.

Next time get 2-3 opinions from those that play a lot, and obviously you should take "price checks" from people actually trying to sell you something with a grain of salt.

I'm not trying to start drama but it is most definitely true. An item was bought from one of my guildmates (by you-know-who) using this method, so we have the guild logs to prove it



And to the OP: that sucks but unfortunately there isn't really anything you can do about it. LS is such a fickle game right now so prices are all over the place. It is entirely believable that he thinks he gave you a good deal based on what he paid for them but failed to adapt his prices for a changing market. Honestly, I would probably do the same thing (though minus the whole price-checking part, that's just shady). I'm not about to sell someone my MQ charm (for which I paid 16k) for anything less than 3/4 what I paid or so, even though I've seen comparable charms selling for 6 - 10k recently. I'd rather hold onto my gear on the chance (however slim) that prices will rise rather than take such extreme losses as that. That's just my two cents though; but this quote is so incredibly true I can't even describe:

first off i told him wat i paid for them which was a while back when the market was a lot higher

i told him i would sell the set for 4k fg if he wanted it bc he wanted a decent sword set

if he didnt want it for that it was fine i would have kept it and used it

the market is lower atm obviously so the swords werent worth wat i bought them for a while back

i did not screw him over i told him that im like well if i was to sell it thats wat i would want for it

if he thought i was screwing him over all he had to do is say sry i think its overpriced and not bought them

i didnt price them individually i just split the prices up to = the 4k fg amount that i wanted for the set to make it easier to sell on the market
