Than we should report those users and also ignore their offers Complaining wont change much.

I think that there are some other things that should be changed in the LS community and this is just a minor one...

As I said, report them, this topic wont change the fact that people likes to violate rules, written or non written rules.
I'm sure that after some verbals and warns they will decide to follow them and if they don't, they will lose the access to this forum
