yes, works pretty good. Its 1 level each 25 fishies ~ . really acceptable speed

Item stat is finding more stats on and item correct and not higher stats on said item? Like more legendary item will drop etc..

Don't think so from what we have gotten in our explores it's higher stats but could be wrong ofc

Leads me to believe the quality of the stat spawned would be better

and yeah :

item stat quality = higher stats on an item (40int instead of 25int )
item drop quality = more high tier items drop , more higher prefix ( legendary etc )
