Just a guess here:

Multistrike could be one when people are in groups
Multiheal could be another one for groups of monters.

Mostlikely those... but I know someone will prove me wrong... gl all on this nice competition.

geez. gone through 12ish levels already and not a sight of them. if every mob that spawns has special abilities eventually im going to go insane trying to remember which does what (assuming of course it isnt narrowed down to a smaller number of monsters?)
