I heard from some crazy frenchman (benell), that Pauls next update will fix the internet, and all lag will disppear forever.

The tubes are clogged. Add Draino.

Paul has teamed up with Al Gore, the next update will also produce the Internet 2.0.





Many of us have had bad lag the past week, there have been like 10 topics already. Not much we can do except not play the game?


I am also curious if the main LS server is the same one he is using to test the new patch, that could explain the lag and server crashes perhaps.

I think the entire situation got confused when Sarah Palin waved at Russia while simultenously attempting to convince the American public to drill for oil in her Alaskan bush.

Good thing for Paul fixing the internet with the new update, or I might lose faith in all humanity.

How many times do I have to repeat it before you will understand? The issue is not with my servers.

Let me put it into perspective:
If there were 100,000 people online playing Ladder Slasher, the hardware I have running it STILL wouldn't lag. (I've simulated it with tests.) Additionally, the internet pipe into my network is sufficient to handle that easily without any troubles.

None of these "lag issues" are related to anything with my hardware that runs Ladder Slasher or these forums. It's all ridiculously overkill. Welcome to the internet, enjoy your random laggy stay.

Jeez.
