Ok here is situation:

I finally get to mq after 2 months of afk.


I get to mq.

Pick key 4

Door opens I'm a monk

Pick key 3

Door opens

Pick Key 1 - I hate key 2 as it is my enemy

Door opens -

Only 1 key left I have hc ninja so excited.....guess what key wont go in lock. I keep trying and then after 5 mins disconnect.

After disconnect I log back in and still 72 monk....and then FDF....if this was client side problem why would I see door open and go down hallway 3 FREAKING TIMES??? IMO I am owed a ninja on hc.

Please let me know where I am wrong. Tempted to pm someone.

While you were trying for 5min I probably would have taken a s/s with the time and date in it just to have as evidence. I'm sure that alone wouldn't help you but it couldn't hurt to of done.

Thanks for input and advice. While you are right it is water under the bridge....thinking I am screwed here. Considering all of the hc alch I'm not going to reset ladder.....1 mq in 2 months.....I just want what I earned....I didn't screen shot. Not that knowledgeable about how to do it.....

Oh well....just upset.

I've had the key not want to go in at least 100 times (not an exaggeration), usually trying to drop it exactly where you picked it up from will work, or clicking furiously all over the place, clicking outside of window and then back on door/pickup spot, minimize then bring back window and try all mentioned before, resize window and try all mentioned before, etc. I've never once had it stuck so long that it would cause me to get disconnected without ever getting it to drop. Also after 5 mins you got disconnected? I thought that I read you could stay logged in indefinitely now without being kicked for inactivity?

Thanks Cole for input....you for one should know. Wish I had your knowledge prior to situation. Assume game has logs and can see that I opened 3 of 4 doors and 4th key didn't fit. I clicked about 500 times and no luck. Didn't try all of your things as I've only mq'd about 50 times vs you 2000. Good luck to you and hope to climb with you soon.

This has happened to many ppl good friend.
Has happened countless time to me also, along with Mark and many others in my guild.

Best solution was as Cole detailed, with some luck it usually works out

The problem has been described to Paul, but I believe it has something to do with everyones pc and how it's being run.
Many blame Paul for ALOT, but Imo. this is just a bug that occurs "sometimes", just bad luck I guess
