EDIT- A suggestion.. if you changed you guild list so it showed most gps higher in ranks it would push you members to earn more gps to get a higher rank.

so he should buy 74 ranks (or a bit less cos the same amount of gp for same rank)

View Member List (74) x 250 fg per rank = 18.5 k fg

So he wont have fg to pay for gp
