So here is my new crazy ideas that I have been building up over the past little while. Some is dumb, some reasonable, or maybe all dumb? You decide.Also I am not even sure if Paul takes any of our ideas into consideration or not.
THE DUNGEON! (dun dun dun)The dungeon is my idea to fix several different things in Ladder Slashers.
-Before climbing above 71 was pretty useless unless you are doing a MM attempt (do people do these anymore?

).
-NMNM has turned into a totem of some sort (although the spawn rate may be a hair bigger

) My dungeon idea can be the newest NMNM objective.
This however would take away the bonuses from completing the objective.In this dungeon the monsters are stronger and take much longer to kill. The icon would appear as MQ does when you hit 71, but the lvl requirement to see it would be much higher like 90-100. I have several suggestions on how to go about this.
-Once you enter the dungeon you cannot leave the room or group. There will be a small maze the size of a lvl 1 maze. Every square you move a set of random mobs from 1-9 spawn with a higher monster level than ever before making them much harder to kill and much harder to survive. Upon completing the maze on the last square NMNM spawns. If someone dies you autofail and everyone is kicked from the group. You must have a full party (maybe guild only?) to see the dungeon.
-Once you enter the dungeon a much harder to handle NMNM spawns and you must try to survive or be diminished and kicked from the group. (same death penalty applies as the one above)
However I suggest also that death in dungeon shouldn't effect any prof and fighting the the dungeon shouldn't provide any prof gain.
TOTEMS:Totems are kind of a mythical thing in Ladder Slashers and by mythical I mean nearly nonexistant. It seems to me that only 1 drops per season (SC Season) from what I gather from trolling. My idea is since you don't normally see them at all that they should be made better.
I also had the idea that these could be made to only drop in the dungeon that I have also suggested.
Stat Totem- Make it so the stat given lasts the whole duration of 1 season.
Guild Point Totem- Make it so when you use the totem it rolls from 1 Guild Point - 5 Guild Points (like a MM attempt). Or better yet make it walk up to a 5 door scenerio and opening all 5 doors gives you 5 Guild Points and a First Door Fail leaves you with 1.
New totems:-A totem that add temporary (1 season or class length) or permanent +1 to any prof. Or even have totems that are set to +1 to a designated prof.
-A totem that makes it so you can open any door of your choice upon MQing. Or have totems that have a designated that can be opened with it (3rd door or 5th door)
PVP RATINGS:A whole new PVP rating system would be great. I have several suggestions for this as well.
-Make it so we once again have a PVP ladder with ratings. The old PVP system with ratings was so much fun and I would love to see a return for it. Some have suggested, but still worth a shot I guess.
-5v5 PVP duels would be an amazing add in my opinions. Even if you made the 5v5 duels Guild Only it would just be sick to see 5 people battling it out against another team of 5!
FISHING RODS:-Not sure why with the current low prices and demand for rods why welling White Fishing Rods is not possible.
-Also fishing in a well while others are welling shouldn't make your rod snap. Not sure why it's like this in the first place, but just doesn't seem logical to me. Of course many say fishing from a well isn't worth it because there are no bonuses to doing so. I suggest some bonuses of better fish from fishing in a well or make it so you can catch multiple fish that stack like using a tree in real life fishing.
POTIONS:Currently the potions that hold values of additional max life or mana are pretty much useless. My suggestion would be to make the life or mana that spawns on the 2-4x what it is now so they can actually be semi useful?
GLITCHES:I've noticed that sometimes when you are lvl 1 and searching for a cata group with multiple groups available to choose from that sometimes if you click refresh the text of 2 different groups will sometimes overlap. Showing 2 groups in the same text slot. Not sure if this happens to everyone or just myself or if it is even fixable in the first place, but it's worth a shot. right?
OTHER:-In my opinions there should be an objective that can only be unlocked if you have a full guild cata in place. (more on this one later)
-Rogue abilities are horrible from what i've seen. In my opinion the caster ability they have that lets them hit the middle and back row should be a melee based abiltity. Maybe I am thr only one that thinks this?
