By popular demand, I am going to split up the EE Heavies into 2 new categories: EE Chains / EE Plates.
There will be no seperation of heavy armors for any other category as I believe the only place it matters is here.

(Before asking, I am not creating an EE robe category not any EE/Int-or-HM categories. I don't believe Plain EE robes justify a category and a true hybrid section of EE / Int-or-HM makes a category that is too subjective to me simply choosing which is better imo. Only in ties do I wish any type of opinions to matter on this list.)

there is a 257% plate that I use to own.

current best is a 272%? chain
