Every guild and user has meaning whether you agree with it or not. Whether you regard as more or less because of how they earned their points is irrelevant as guild points are intangible. A lot of guilds who pay or paid for guild points have extremely loyal members, thinking of COT, Lion's Den, Atonement (and paradise lost), LFW are to name a few who bought guild points for quite some time and have a very loyal guild base, following and a strong sense of friendship.
I will still maintain buying guild points do several things; #1 Attract players in to guilds. #2 Gives new players a means to earn fg. #3 Attracts players to ladder slasher to at least try it.
Also remember, old transmuting system attracted TONS of players, "fake players" just because of the allure of making forum gold. At least selling guild points, people have to actually PLAY and PARTICIPATE within the community to get their prize.
You are of course entitled to your opinion, but to belittle several guilds and probably 85% of all ladder slashers AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER is the most ignorant thing you can do on this forum. Just remember, almost everyone has at one time been in a guild who pays for guild points either internally or externally. And a lot of guilds still "reward" their slashers.

You did not pm me for this change. Rick can no longer edit the posts since he downgraded back to JM from Moderator. The senior Mod staff and Admin are the only ones who can make changes to it.
Mork repinned the sticky then removed it shortly after for an unknown reason (to me).
As far as I know, the list is still active and functioning as intended until the guild owners and leaders message for changes as my original pm'd stated and as the directory writes.
