cant kill them, once hosted they leave game, i already tried.
However u could follow them and pick all drops.
They even invited me to party.

you have to be quick to join the game and hostile in the first seconds; they won't chicken while still in town

wait till hot and they enter tp... follower wont leave till the leader leaves.
