so my neighbor has this dog that barks non stop, from 5am when it woke me up for work, till last night 1145pm when I was going to sleep.
I have phoned the police, they said its a bylaw matter. I called the bylaw officer, nothing has been done.
I play the radio, kinda loud when im home, so I don't have to hear the bark constant.
they called the cops, cop bitch shows up and they said turn the radio off, the dog barking is not our problem.

I am considering buying Coyote Poison, stuffing a sausage, tossing it in the yard!
I really don't want to take it out on the dog just because his/her owners are not responsible!

Don't poison the dog. First of all it's cruel, but you'll also go to prison.

And yes until the problem is solved ear plugs are a great solution. Just find a way to make sure you wake up on time.

if that dog really barks all day long and it effects your sleep go talk to your neighbors and let them know....................

me and the owner don't get along.
but the husband is ntb, when the dog barks and hes home he stops it. but other than that~
the wife is a fat lazy welfare ***** and has no cares. She just laughs when I ask her to control it.

I have talked to other neighbors, they don't want to get involved/ they wont call the cops in fear of retribution
