Ingredients

1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and chopped)
3 garlic cloves
black beans (1 (14.5 ounce) can, drained)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 corn kernels (ear yellow, and milk removed from husk)
1 green onions (thinly sliced)
2 tsps cumin
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
salt (and pepper to taste)
3 tbsps vegetable oil
