Hey i'm looking for this short film that just popped into my head.

What I remember:
-It was short-film about a guy who randomly interviews a homeless woman(actress) he sees on the street and it eventually escalates into her bearing her heart out as to why she is in that position, why shes hooking etc etc.
- she was smoking a cigarette, possiblt smeared makeup from crying? lol
- it was filmed on the street, I want to think it was new york for some reason.
- the woman was interracial african american ( look up lightskin), she had freckles, curly hair. I remember she was an amateur actress in her 20s.. maybe a model?
- 5- 15 mins in length (my gut tells me like 9 minutes idk?)
- I think I watched it on vimeo or possibly worldstarhiphop lol
- seen it 2+ years ago
- i'll add more details if I remember
